History of the fund

The story of Goodness and a Community that changes lives

In 2016, against the backdrop of the social needs of the town of Talne, an idea emerged that became the seed for a life-changing project. The project “Druzhbolandia” was born on the basis of the House of Prayer of the SDA Church and became a shining example of how cooperation and mutual assistance can lead to significant changes in society.

Initially, the project was aimed at helping low-income families, in particular, by providing them with food packages. But later it turned out that help could be much more than just food. The church started organising events that were attended by more than 100 children. This was the first step towards creating a community where every child and their family feels important.

However, the road was not easy. Lack of funds was a serious obstacle, but the team, who believed in this project, did not stop. They tried to interest the children and involve them in various activities. And this work proved to be worthwhile, as many of the children have remained in the church to this day.

Over time, children from villages and remote areas of the city joined Druzhbolandia, which required transporting them to church by their own transport. Today, especially in summer, the church is attended by up to 200 children.

Classes at Druzhbolandia are organised in the form of classes, each with its own teacher. After school, a special spiritual programme is held, and all participants receive lunch.

Now the Druzhbolandia team is planning to reconstruct the church premises, create playrooms, classrooms and arrange the surrounding space for various events. They also plan to create a vehicle fleet to provide passenger and cargo services.

The charitable organisation Druzhbolandia has already been established and includes various social projects aimed at helping children, the military and victims of military aggression.

“Druzhbolandia” believes in the best moral principles based on the Divine Law, which foster love for God and each individual and society. It is not just a project, but a real community that gives hope and support to those who need it most.
